Monthly Update Vol One

Howdy gamers! I am planning on doing monthly updates to break up my long radio silence but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been inactive! During the past few months I have been working on a new Odin’s Tea Party update. Been hard at work overhauling the enemy AI, introducing more varied enemy types, adding traps to each map, introducing a shop to buy some new power ups and fine-tuning more game play aspects.

I am hoping to get the game up to standard for a commercial release but that is very far out into the future and I’m excited to get it out there to more players.

But a monthly update wouldn’t be complete without a screenshot to show one of the new power ups you can get in the game which is a portable flamethrower turret.

Howdy Partner 1.4 Is Upon Us…

Got another update for Odin’s Tea Party welcome to version 1.4! Another arena and boss fight have been added into the game along with a slowmo which activates randomly after killing an enemy. There’s some quality of life fixes and re-balancing. Hope you all enjoy!

Final Tidy Up

The space game is nearing its completion which is frickin exciting. Just finalizing the infamous blackhole and soundtrack and then we should be golden! This has been super fun to work on whilst out of uni and I hope y’all enjoy it as well. Till next time space cowboy.

Update on the Space Game Project

Howdy I’ve been meaning to post a quick update on the progress made with the project. Still a few things to tidy up and fix before a release but I don’t expect them to take too long!

The basic premise behind the game is to escape the system by completing three objectives to open up the portal.

Enough rambling here’s some screenshots.

Just a Small Taste of Space.

Howdy! As a recent graduate having an existential crisis the lonely vacuum of space has been calling to me. So I’ve been playing around with a minimalist approach to designing a space game! Three shades of green and a small system to zoom around here’s the first look at it.
