Last month was pretty chaotic! For the uninitiated I recently did a big update to Odin’s Tea Party including a lil video to go alongside it! It’s my first time properly dipping my toes into the video aspect of game development but it was pretty fun and something that I’ll keep on top of.
Howdy gamers! It’s that time again for a monthly update. As detailed in previous posts I’ve been hard at work making Odin’s Tea Party with a hopeful commercial release later down the line! Progress has been coming along nicely did have a minor hiccup with updating the project to run on the latest version of Unity. (Which was painful to say the least!) But it does come with some visual benefits which really makes the art pop. Expect version 1.6 within the next few days this includes the usual bug fixes, first pass of a main menu system and a new boss with a swamp themed arena. But as always a monthly update wouldn’t be complete without a screenshot.
Howdy gamers! I have come bearing good news of a new Odin’s Tea Party update. Included in the new update is a combat overhaul to include directional attacks, visual graphics update, traps in each arena, enemy AI overhaul to include more varied types in the arena and a shop that has three new power ups!
As always there’s more updates to come with this project and I hope to get this published on steam when a top secret update is completely finished… but I’ll reveal more when it’s ready.
All the update files are uploaded onto the following website including a Mac build, Linux build and Windows build.
Howdy gamers! It’s that time for another update just a smaller one but still constant improvements to Odin’s Tea Party and a new stealth based game that will have a demo level coming out soon! As always I am super excited to show off some more progress and expect a Odin’s Tea Party update very soon. (Possibly in two/three weeks.)
Howdy gamers! I am planning on doing monthly updates to break up my long radio silence but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been inactive! During the past few months I have been working on a new Odin’s Tea Party update. Been hard at work overhauling the enemy AI, introducing more varied enemy types, adding traps to each map, introducing a shop to buy some new power ups and fine-tuning more game play aspects.
I am hoping to get the game up to standard for a commercial release but that is very far out into the future and I’m excited to get it out there to more players.
But a monthly update wouldn’t be complete without a screenshot to show one of the new power ups you can get in the game which is a portable flamethrower turret.
Got another update for Odin’s Tea Party welcome to version 1.4! Another arena and boss fight have been added into the game along with a slowmo which activates randomly after killing an enemy. There’s some quality of life fixes and re-balancing. Hope you all enjoy!

No matter I’ve got a new update to Odin’s Tea Party which includes some quality of life improvements and another boss fight with an entire new arena to fight in once defeated.
